Terms and Conditions
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the AutoReplyAgent website and service, provided by company legal name (“AutoReplyAgent”, “we”, “us”). By booking, signing up or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.
The service
AutoReplyAgent is a CRM for real estate professionals with AI agents that reply to, qualify, follow up and book leads by call, text, email and ringless voicemail, plus automated campaigns, a pipeline, a phone app and a done-for-you website.
Onboarding
You agree to give accurate business information in the onboarding form, and you authorise us to use the logins you provide to set up your account, website and A2P registration. A2P approval is decided by carriers, not by us, and timelines can vary.
Plans and payment
- Core: a one-time onboarding fee of $2,000, then $300 a month
- Annual: $5,000 a year, billed in advance, with no onboarding fee
Fees are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Onboarding fees cover setup work and are not refundable once setup has begun. Third-party usage, such as carrier, messaging or calling charges, may be billed separately where agreed.
Your responsibilities for messaging
You are responsible for the calls and messages sent from your account, including getting consent where the law requires it, honouring opt-outs and do-not-call lists, and following the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules and any other law that applies to you. You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful content or deceptive practices.
AI output
AI replies, scores, summaries and comps are produced automatically and can be wrong. Comps are estimates, not appraisals. Review important decisions yourself before you rely on them.
Your data
You own your data and your leads’ data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The service runs on third-party platforms, including LeadConnector / HighLevel and phone carriers. Their outages or rule changes are outside our control.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise any number of leads, appointments or deals. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your messages, your leads data or your breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of governing state, United States.
Text message program
By giving your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from AutoReplyAgent about your demo, onboarding and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
